BBQ CRUNCH ROLL
INGREDIENTS LIST
2 ea – Potato Rolls
1 tsp – Avocado oil
10 slices – Mesquite BBQ slices
2 slices – Cheddar style cheese
Slaw (sub recipe)
- ½ cup - Green cabbage, sliced thin
- ¼ cup – Red onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp – Whole grain mustard
- 2 Tbsp – Parsley leaves
- 2 Tbsp – Mayo (v)
- 2 Tbsp – Lime juice
- 1.5 tsp – Salt
- 1 tsp – Black pepper
DIRECTIONS
First, prepare the slaw by mixing all of the ingredients in a bowl and thoroughly mix.
In a medium sauté pan, heat avocado oil over medium heat and toast buns for 1 minute or until golden brown.
Assemble each sandwich 1 slice of cheddar, 5 Mesquite BBQ slices, ½ cups slaw on the potato roll.
